Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Rangoo app ("the App") operated by Viral Apps Studio ("we", "our", or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of the App

Rangoo is a free utility app that allows you to:

• Convert files between 74 supported formats across images, videos, audio, and documents
• Process image, video, and audio conversions entirely on your device
• Convert documents using a cloud-based conversion service (CloudConvert)
• Import files from your photo library, camera, microphone, or the Files app
• Save and manage a history of converted files
• Use the App in 30 supported languages

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to convert files that you do not have the right to modify or distribute
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Document Conversion Service

Document format conversions (DOC, DOCX, PDF, HTML, ODT, RTF, TXT) are processed using CloudConvert, a third-party cloud service. When you convert a document, your file is temporarily uploaded to CloudConvert's servers for processing. By using document conversion features, you also agree to CloudConvert's terms of service. We are not responsible for CloudConvert's processing of your files beyond our integration with their service.

Analytics and Tracking

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage and crash data. The App may also request access to your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to this data collection as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of tracking at any time through your device's Settings.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Viral Apps Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Files you convert using the App remain yours — we claim no ownership over your content.

Conversion Accuracy Disclaimer

File conversions are performed using on-device processing engines and third-party services. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee that converted files will be identical in quality to the originals. Some format conversions may involve lossy compression or minor differences in rendering. Always keep your original files as a backup.

No Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted or error-free
• All format conversions will produce perfect results
• The App will be compatible with all devices or file types
• Converted files will meet specific quality requirements
• Third-party services used by the App will remain available

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viral Apps Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
