Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Zebra Code Scanner app ("the App") operated by Viral Apps Studio ("we", "our", or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of the App

Zebra Code Scanner is a free utility app that allows you to:

• Generate QR codes and barcodes from various input types
• Scan QR codes and barcodes using your device's camera or photo library
• Look up product information for scanned barcodes
• Save and manage a history of generated and scanned codes

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate codes containing malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Viral Apps Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. QR codes and barcodes you generate using the App are yours to use freely.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for product information lookup (Open Food Facts, UPC Item DB) and analytics (Firebase). These services are provided "as is" and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Product Information Disclaimer

Product information retrieved through barcode scanning is provided by third-party databases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Product details should not be relied upon for medical, dietary, or safety decisions without independent verification.

No Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted or error-free
• Scanned results will be 100% accurate
• Product information will be available for all barcodes
• The App will be compatible with all devices

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viral Apps Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
